Information the service uses

Customer account verification uses Microsoft Entra External ID when connected. It supplies a provider identifier and email, and may supply a display name. The application issues its own secure session cookie. Passwords and email verification codes are handled by the identity provider. We store your business profile, preferences, saved projects, notes, report requests and subscription status to operate your account. Project records come from the cited public city source.

Service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting and storage. When connected, Stripe processes subscriptions; this application does not store card numbers. When AI research is activated, OpenAI receives the selected project evidence and relevant business profile information to generate the requested analysis. Private research notes are not included in the current AI request.

Access and choices

Your private profile, notes and reports are restricted to your account and service administration. You can edit your profile and notes in the application. Contact Michael.Curtis@C2Consultants.net to request account closure, access to stored information or deletion. Billing records may need separate handling.

The service uses sign-in cookies. It does not add advertising trackers or automatically enroll a new account in marketing email. Email alerts, if activated, will have a separate delivery preference.
