Account and coverage

Free account setup stores your business profile. The proposed Charlotte membership is $49 USD per month for one business user. Subscribing requires a separate Stripe checkout showing the amount and recurring billing terms. No charge is made by creating an account.

Coverage is City of Charlotte commercial land-development activity, not all Mecklenburg building permits. Records can describe related applications for one project. Source availability and completeness vary.

Research and analysis

Records, summaries and analysis support your own research. They do not establish an open bid, an available installation contract, verified buying intent or an award. Verify scope, contacts and timing with the responsible project organization before relying on them. AI interpretation is labeled separately from source facts.

Billing and cancellation

When subscriptions open, $49 is charged monthly through Stripe unless you cancel. Cancel through Account → Manage billing and cancellation before the next renewal. A cancellation scheduled for period end preserves access through the paid period. A failed renewal does not extend the paid period. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests.

Support and account use

Use the service for your own business research. Keep sign-in access private. Contact Michael.Curtis@C2Consultants.net for support, account closure or corrections. We do not send outreach or submit bids on your behalf through the research tools.
